Shipping Policy


It may take up to 15 days for your product to ship, we are a very small business.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. All sales are final. Please double check your size/address/email address. We do not accept cancelations of orders. We are not responsible for errors on your end. Most products sell out so fast we will not be able to make replacements. If we mail you the wrong item/wrong size you have 30 days to email us to get it sorted out, after that there is nothing we can do. 

LOCALS: We have stopped doing local pick ups at this time. All orders are shipped through USPS. Because we don't have a storefront currently, you will have to order through bigcartel and pay shipping.

TYE DYE ORDERS: all dyes are unique & hand died one by one so please be patient as it may take up to 30 days for your item to ship.

TRACKING: all orders will be provided with a tracking number, emailed to you at the time of shipping. Please make sure your email address is correct. You can track your package and get updates through USPS.

LOST PACKAGES: We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged after they go to the post office. If you have a dispute please contact USPS

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: all packages will come with a tracking number and insurance, emailed to you when your package has been shipped. Packages may take up to 30 days to ship from the US. We cannot guarantee a delivery date. We are not responsible for unpaid customs fees on your end. If the package is sent back because of wrong address/unpaid customs/non-deliverable we are not responsible and you will not receive a refund. If you would like us to ship it again you will have to pay shipping again.
